Structure III:

The operation functions are concentrated in the front of the box, and the operation is relatively simple, such as power switch and temperature control.
A stable heating system is composed of a fan, electric heater, ventilation duct, and temperature controller. When you turn on the power and the fan starts working, the heat generated by the electric heating tube is released through the ventilation duct, continuously circulating to achieve the goal of constant temperature.
The temperature controller is a microcomputer based intelligent digital temperature control device with advanced heating function. Can effectively suppress the maximum temperature limit. It also has autonomous control function, high temperature control accuracy, protective device for setting temperature, and tracking alarm function.
How to use:
1. Place the items that need to be dried into the work chamber, close the box door, and then turn on the power.
2. Adjust the temperature controller and set the temperature. When the heating indicator light is on, it also means that the instrument is starting to heat up. The specific operation is as follows:
Turn on the power switch and wait for about 7 seconds. The display panel on the temperature controller will show the actual temperature inside the box. Below is the set temperature. Press the "ST" button and the * line will display SP. Press ▲ or ▼ to adjust the second line to display the temperature you need. Press the "ST" button again, and the * line will display ST (press ▲ or ▼ to adjust the second line to display the time you need). When the set value ST is 0, the instrument cancels the time setting function. When the set value ST is not 0, the instrument has a time function. Press again to return to standard mode, the temperature controller completes the setting, and then the instrument starts working normally. Normally, the heating time of the instrument is 90 minutes. The temperature controller will enter a stable temperature state.
When the required working temperature drops, you can set it again to reduce or eliminate the phenomenon of temperature exceeding. It can also quickly bring the working chamber into a stable temperature state.
4. Choose different drying times according to different project requirements.
5. After completing the drying process, press the power switch to "OFF", but do not immediately open the door to remove the drying material. Stay away from the burning state and only open the door when the temperature of the box is low.
6. When heating, oxygen needs to be replenished inside the box. Please open the air door on the side of the box.
V Prevention:
The outer shell of the drying oven must be grounded to ensure safe use.
After the instrument is operated, the power needs to be turned off.
3. There is no explosion-proof device in the drying oven box, so do not put flammable and explosive materials inside.
4. The drying oven should be placed in a well ventilated area, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed nearby.
To better promote the circulation of hot air, it should be placed in a spacious area.
